EUDR: LAUNCH OF THE EUDR INFORMATION SYSTEM

18 Dec 2024

On 4 December 2024, the European Commission launched the EUDR Information System. The system is now live and available for users to submit and manage Due Diligence Statements.

Kindly note that two systems will run in parallel:
1. the LIVE Server of the Information System;
2. the ACCEPTANCE Server, which is a replica training platform meant to allow economic operators to get familiar with the Information System.

The European Commission encourages operators to take advantage of the ACCEPTANCE Server to learn more about the system's features and functionality. Please note that, compared to Due Diligence Statements submitted in the LIVE server, the Due Diligence Statements submitted in the ACCEPTANCE server do not have legal value and cannot be used to fulfil obligations. You can access the ACCEPTANCE Server by clicking on the following link: https://acceptance.eudr.webcloud.ec.europa.eu/tracesnt/

Submitting Due Diligence Statements in the LIVE server is to cover only such products that are to be placed on the market or exported after the EUDR entry into application. Please take note that Due Diligence Statements submitted in the LIVE server have legal value and their content can be subject to checks by Competent Authorities. To access the LIVE Server of the Information System, please click on the following link: https://eudr.webcloud.ec.europa.eu/tracesnt/

Both the LIVE Server and ACCEPTANCE Server are available in all EU languages.

The User Guide and training materials about the EUDR Information System are available under this link: The Deforestation Due Diligence Registry - European Commission. The Commission will announce further dates for the virtual trainings also on this website.

If you have remaining questions related to the registration into the System, or IT concerns after reviewing the User Guide and training materials, please send them to the dedicated functional mailbox at SANTE-TRACES@ec.europa.eu.
